Can i lose 1 stone before x-mas 08, any tips?!


Question: Can i lose 1 stone before x-mas 08, any tips.?
i will go on exercise trampoline 30min in morning
and 1 hour at night, is the good exercise

08:00am - Weetabix, semi skimmed milk

11:00am - Fruit

02:00pm - Half a tin ov tuna and 1 waffle

05:00pm - same as above

08:00pm - same as above

It's great that you are having fruit. but I think you need to eat more vegetables too.
Drink plenty of water, and fruit juice is good too.
It's awesome that you are doing so much exercise too :D
But you know, it doesn't matter how much you weigh, because that could be based on how much your muscles weigh, so you could exercise more and weigh more at the same time. But if you just keep up exercising and a great diet, then you will lose weight by Christmas.
But you really should have more of a varied diet with more vegetables.
Perhaps try the weetabix with something else instead of milk, like with a bit of natural yoghurt, sliced banana, a little honey and dried fruits and nuts. Or skip the honey lol, but yes!! Eat more veg is what I say and carry on how you are now and there is no reason why you shouldn't lose weight by yule time!Health Question & Answer

trampoline is not going to do anything for you i weighed around 7 stones at 16 i worked out for a year and gained 5stones now im 18 and i work at a gym and i get a lot of people like you if you want to lose weight you need to start to work out like do 70 sit ups in the morning 70 push ups 70 chin ups run around the block for at least 30mins repeat in the night and increase by 10 or 15 every week eat rice and fish and meat drink about 15 cups of water a day and eat fruits there's nothing wrong with eating them and try to walk as much as you can. ( you can do the sit ups, push ups, chin ups, in sets like 10 then stop for 5sec then start again)Health Question & Answer
