exercise- ran/jogged 2.24 miles on 10% incline
DDR- like 100 calories

Answers:
cut out cheese, bacon, and mustard!! Must get those out to lose weight. Make sure your only having whole wheat bread so for the bread in the morning if its not wholewheat dont have it and change the bread at night to wholewheat. even if the bread you buy has fewer calories than wholewheat it'll still make you gain weight because wholewheat has good carbs and white bread and basically all the other breads have really bad carbs. You got a lot of protein which is really good so keep all the protein except for the bacon and cheese. You kinda eat a little bit to much carbs which is really bad, and you need more fruit because fruit helps your metabolism. But you got good veggies. So replace most of the carbs with fruit, keep up the veggies, elliminate the bad and fatty proteins and mustard, eat whole wheat bread and your good.

The amount of calories you take in really depends on your current weight. By the looks of your diet, you really should NOT decrease the amount of calories you are consuming, especially with all that exercise. Otherwise, you will end up burning muscle (such as your heart wall muscle) instead of fat. I would actually advise you to add more protein to your diet and even more veggies.
