I have almost finished my second month on birth control, i went on it for my skin (which is crystal clear now) but , I've recently started to gain weight. Now, I'm not sure if this is from the birth control or if I'm just eating a lot of crap.
I'm 14, 5'8 and 115 right now, but my weight doesn't matter! I'm starting to grow love handles, and my thighs are bigger, bigger boobs, and what use to be super nice curves (like chest, than it goes in and than goes out an the hips), kinda looks like i don't have curves anymore!! I know I'm not fat, but I liked my body before! How do i stop and reverse this.?! HELPPPP MEEEE :( I FEEL LIKE A PIGGYYYYY! I don't want to start starving or throwing up! it anti the birth control its just that maybe your eating the wrong food work out like 50 push up 50 sit ups (you can do them in sets of 10 and have a 5 ec break before the next 10 but increase but 10 more everyday like monday 50 push ups then tuesday 60) run around in the garden for half an hour eat rice meat pasta drink milk and at least 15 cups of water a day its just your body changing as you get older. trust me i work at a gym and get a lot of girls like you will start to look better than you did before with in a month.Health Question & Answer
