Question: How do u get flexible.?
How do u get flexableHealth Question & Answer

Answers:
the best way to get flexible is to stretch alot every day (whatever body parts you are trying to get flexabilty in). just gradually stretch farther and father each time, but dont over do it becuase you will tear all kinds of muscles and it will take even longer to reach your goals. the way we were always taught in weight training is to hold your stretches for 10 seconds, hold it steady and dont bounce. also walking gets your legs limbered up. walking is the best thing for you if you are able. always remember if you dont use it...you will lose it. and that is true because i used to be so flexible when i was working out every single day (in high school weight training) and when i graduated i got lazy and now i am kinda stiff!! i hope i helped a little!!!Health Question & Answer

do stretches daily for 15-25 minutes hold each stretch for 25-40 seconds.

some stretches will feel a little burning but over a week or two it will gradually go away.
