Healthy meals to lose weight?!


Question: Healthy meals to lose weight.?
I've been really trying and trying to lose weight....
Its more of a struggle. I do get lots of exercise i just need to know some of the healthiest foods to lose weight. that will actually show results. Im looking for low calories, low carbs, low sodium....you catch my drift. i understand i need to eat 500 less calories per day, i just want to change my habits. to healthy foods only. I dont think of it as a diet, more of a lifestyle.

im not sure what you eat now but if you have to eat 500 calories less a day, then i can somewhat guess. try not to eat to much breads and stay away from bagels because they have sooooo many calories! try eating a larger breakfast and lunch but smaller dinner, and when you eat meat, you only should eat the size of your palm( not including your fingers). dont eat any processed foods or prepackaged foods bacause they are loaded with calories and sodium!you want to make sure you eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegtables which dont have many calories and you need them.also, dont ever drink sodas!
