I Want To Lose One Jean Size By Christmas?!

Question: I Want To Lose One Jean Size By Christmas.?
I wear 9/10 jeans right now, and I want to be in 7/8 jeans by Christmas. I read somewhere that one dress size is 10-20 pounds, so I guess I'm aiming for about 20 pounds.

I really just need a good eating plan. Me and my friend walk a mile every night, and for dinner I have a weight watchers meal, but at school, my only lunch choices are pizza, or bacon cheeseburger. So that totally ruins it.

What's a healthy lunch I could bring to school.?Health Question & Answer

Walking is good, especially a mile each night. You may be able to drop a jean size by Christmas, but you may not be able to. You'll probably start to see results quickly, but then see a sudden decline in results. Either way, don't get too discouraged because if you work hard and are comitted, you will reach your goal :)

Lunch: cup of fruit(light syrup) or 1 fruit of choice, 100 calorie pack of whatever you choose (Nabisco), bottle of water, turkey sandwich (light on everything but the veggies) & a small handful of almonds. Health Question & Answer

ok. to start, when you walk every night make sure you increase the speed every couple of days/weeks(when you think your ready).you definitely shouldn't eat school lunches because i know how bad they are for you.you could bring a half or whole sandwich to lunch(peanut butter and jelly, turkey, ham are all good).bring a bottle of water, fresh fruit or veggies( strawberries, grapes, peppers, pineapple, apples, celery, etc.) you could also bring some cookies that you made(they arent as bad as they kind from the store), or crackers, hundred calorie packs, or gummies!Health Question & Answer
