Question: Fastest Muscle Gain Possible.?
I havnt worked out in a long time and i was just wondering how high can i make my bench max increase in a little time.?

if i workout very well with good amounts of recovery and diet then how much will i gain on my bench max and curl in 3 months.?

this is my workout schedule

day 1 triceps and chest and abs

15 pushups
15 dumbbell flies
13 dumbbell bench press

5 sets of those

-------------------------

day 2

biceps, back , lats, calves and thighs

6sets of 8 reps of dumbbell curls

3 sets of 6 hammer curls

6sets of 8 reps of dummbell rows (lat workouts)

as many pullups i can
inverted pushups (back) x 10

calve raises and hindu squats


-------------------

day3 recovery

10 minutes jumprope

hindu pushups

2 day split = eww

add more weight, you should be maxed out by the 5-8 rep and 3-4 sets. low weight/high rep won't get you anywhere

go to http://bodybuilding.com to get info on exercises, you should be doing so much more for your legs (everything else too, but mostly legs), and don't overlook diet/rest.
