Question: When do you know your fat.?
I am not fat,Iwas homecoming and cheerleader,everything.Now I am married and I have a husband that constantly tells me I am fat.It kills me and now I compare myself to other girls and women.I am self-concious and hate to look at myself and how do I know if I am fat or if he really is just an asshole.?Health Question & Answer

Go see your general practitioner. When you set the appointment, mention that you have concerns about what a healthy weight is for you and that you'd like to know your body fat percentage.
He should be able to test you with calipers or refer you to someone who can, and he has medical data and knowledge to discuss your exercise routine, eating habits, weight, and muscle:fat ratio to see how healthy you are and what you can do to be healthier. And don't let it get under your skin, but most people can be healthier!

lol I agree with the others. You shouldn't be self-conscious. And don't lose weight for him. Only do it if you aren't happy with yourself. And see a doctor first to see what your healthy weight range would be. Because some people are obsessed with skinny--even beyond what would be considered healthy.
