How can I get skinnier but in a healthy way?!


Question: How can I get skinnier but in a healthy way.?
I'm pretty much a healthy person already but I want to be skinnier. I eat pretty healthy, not a lot of fast food, no soda, no fatty drinks. I'm also on the volleyball team so I somewhat get a daily work out.
I just think I snack a little too much.
Can I get any tips for losing weight especially around my stomach area.?Health Question & Answer

Cardio workouts, walking, running, swimming, riding a bike are very good to lose weight, but my personal advice is to lift some weights too. weight lifting will increase your muscle mass, and each pound of muscle burns an additional 600 calories. It's not as much of an instant gratification, as cardio, but it will make it easier to have steady weight loss. Sounds like you are doing all the right things. Try weight lifting 2 times a week. That way you will build muscle and muscle burn fat even when you are at sleep :)
