Question: If you run dose it really lose weight.?
i need some help... i have one of those bellys shaped kinda like a jelly been like just a tinny bulg at my lower stomach, i wana be back into my bikini by summer (AT LEAST) and i want to know if i just go for a run every day will it work.?
also if it dose work how long should i work out for.?

Yes, a jog everyday will help definitely, a jog in the morning or afternoon will help a lot. and 1 hour of physical activity will help. if you don't play a sport, it would be a good idea to join up to one. Jogging won't work if you are eating fatty foods, you don't have to go full on crazy diet but at least cut down on fatty foods (if you aren't already)

Any form of exercise burns calories especially running. To lose weight you just need to burn more calories than you intake.
