First of all how tall are you. and second you may need to loose 20 but if you do it fast and wrong you will gain back 40 so start with walking 20minutes a day and do some running after the first week. Then add some rope jumping 15 to 20 minutes 3 times a week in a month you will loose and tone not 20 but could be as much as 10.... Good luck Health Question & Answer

Doesn't matter what you eat if you train right. Exercise bike like and hr a day on mid settings. Get more muscular. Murder your abs. If you want to lose muscle its hard. The easiest way is to not eat. I don't recommend it.Health Question & Answer
