Question: HOW MANY CARBS ON A LABEL IS ALOT.?10 POINTS.?

for example bread, two slices 21 grams, is that alot or not, then on a noodle packet it said like 72 carbs i know thats alot, but how much is alot in breads.?
and im tryin 2 loose weight is MOUNTAIN BREAD/PITA BREAD, better to eat.? does it hav lots of carbs.?

21g is not alot i count my carbs and most breads ive looked at usually have about 30g. brown breads and wholegrain breads are the best i think pita breads have more carbs but they are good too if you get bored with the other bread=) good luck! ps. there are lots of ideas about eating carbs and not eating carbs but i think you need them, they are a main source of energy, i dont think its good to omit wholegrains and fruit from your diet, its just common sence(obviously if your on a diet you wouldnt want to eat empty carbs, such as biscuits, muffin/cakes, other sweets,white breads etc). i think it would be better to limit your carb intake at night though because you dont need so much energy at this time so your body will store the carbohydrate and this will prevent weight loss. if you have carbs (in moderation) during the day it will give you energy, keep you full etc will help motivate you to stay on your diet and exercise. make sure to also get lots of sleep and drink lots of water!(water can help to speed up your metabolism=more weight loss) but im sure you know that!;) good luck!Health Question & Answer

i think any bread is a lot so just lay that off and its not about how many carbs you eat its about eating the right stuff and exercise so you cant eat small meals through out the day but try to keep all teh carbs in the beiging of teh day so you have a chance to burn them off Health Question & Answer
