How can I effectively lose 10 lbs worth of body fat?!


Question: How can I effectively lose 10 lbs worth of body fat.?
I'm 18 years-old, 5'2" and 120 lbs. That isn't so bad, but I weighed 110 lbs 6 months or so ago and I looked the best I ever have. I just started college and I want to look my best again so I can feel better about myself. It wouldn't bother me as much if my fat wasn't just concentrated around my butt and thighs. I eat very healthily, no pop or anything and lots of salads, fruits and veggies. I am muscular because I exercise a lot, but though I have been trying for months now to lose this weight, I have not had any success and if anything I think I'm gaining.
Any tips/help will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I believe my weight gain could be cause by the amount of stress in my life. I currently have social anxiety disorder and depression that I have yet to start treatment for. I have been trying for half a year to get treatment. I have finally been diagnosed, but have yet to start therapy because my doctors are taking their sweet time.Health Question & Answer
