I'm the same way.I alos have kids so time is no friend of mine,however,if you own a wii,you'll get a great workout and play time with the kids if you have any.I use wii sports to play tennis,baseball and they have wii fit now too.after about 20 minutes your sweating and you feel as though you have been working out for hours,lose weight and get in shape while playing a game.Health Question & Answer

Get over it. If you really want to lose weight or get in shape, you're going to have to do some cardio. Listen to your favorite music while you walk or run and it'll be gone in no time. That's if you concentrate on the music and not on how tired your body is getting. I use to hate running too but I perservered through that phase and now I actually look forward to it.
