Question: How can i loose weight...!.?
Hi. Well, I'm kinda struggling with my weight. i'm not overweight or underweight or anything like that... it's just that my friends say i'm fat and stuff like that and i wanna loose weight. anyways... i'm 13 and i'm 4'10'' and i weigh about 94 1/2 pounds. How can i loose weight without starving myself.?
I already walk to and from school everyday and i do yoga lessons twice a week (its cuz i have flat feet, its a long story).
Well, what can I do... and i forgot to mention my diet... my mother usually feeds me healthy food but i usually take tons of sweets and snacks out of the pantry...

Thats silly....there is no reason for you to lose weight. and you're way too young to be thinking about that...however, i'm not sure if this is the best thing to say, but stop eating the junk food or limit yourself a certain amount per week. (like...one doughnut every..3 days or 1 candy bar every 2 days.) just limit your intake of the stuff you don't need to eat. =\ but really, don't worry about it. friends who call other people fat are just flat out mean and not really friends. just jerks. You are at a very healthy weight for your height and age. You do NOT need to go on a diet.

Now, if you want to eat healthier, you can cut back on sweets and snacks, but do it because you want to eat better food, not because you want to lose weight.Health Question & Answer

i think you are at a perfect weight right now but i understand your wanting to change and be thinner.
if you want to loose a few pounds, just stop taking the sweets out of the pantry, or take less sweets. just don't go too far with it, it could be very dangerous.Health Question & Answer

eat heathy intake less calories than you are burning, exercise more depending oppon what kind of yoga class you may not really be burning many calories, exercise more offten and walking does not count as an exercise unless you are over weight so much that it is hard(in my book at least)Health Question & Answer
