Question: I want to get into shape. How can I.?
I'm 13 so what are some easy simple things that I could do at home and some ideas that don't cost any money, but all ideas are appreciated. I want to do this so I am healthier. I already eat okay I think. Oh, and is this a good weight for me that I have.? I am about 5"6, 5"7, 13 years old and I'm 120 lbs.Health Question & Answer

Actually I started getting into shape for about a year and a half now.
What I did was, eat vegetables everyday, it is an excellent source of all kind of vitamins that will help your body.
Exercise at least four times a week, meaning do crutches, running , if you want some weight lifting, but start off light.
And overall just stay away from fast food places or if you can't try making the healthier choice.
Don't count calories it doesn't work. Just make sure your eating right and
just enough.
Try eating 6 portions a day, when I say portion I mean it should be the size of your fist, i know you wont like it at first, but you'll get used to eat, this helps speed up your metabolism, which means your body will burn the food faster.Health Question & Answer
