How can I grow 5 inches tall?!
Question: How can I grow 5 inches tall.?
By the summer or spring of next year.
I really want to be a model. An Elite model, but I have to be 5'7.
I am around 5'3. Age: 13 going on 14 December 2nd.
My mom is about 5'1-5'2 and my dad is a good 5'8.
My step brothers is around 5'9 -6'0
and my sister is 5'5-5'7
I have an aunt and she is about 5'10 or so..

you have a lot of tall people in ur family most likely you will grow tall my dad is 5'8 and so my great great grandmother, but the rest of my family is short actually my aunts are 5'2 and they are 42
you will get tall talk to ur doctor they can predict how tall you will be
you have time to be a model build a resume with ur height and then you could be an Elite model when you are older if u can...i dunno wat an Elite model is but all i kno is that you time girl, but u can not grow 5 inches by summer without a growth spurt

It's more genetic from your mom, but if you have a tall dad you might be a few inches taller. If your sister is your real sister and is as genetically related to your mom as you are, you should be about as tall as your sister. Until then, i guess you should just drink your milk and eat your vegetablesHealth Question & Answer
I think to be 5'3 at 13 is good, im 18 and am only 5'0 (no chance of me being a model). You have still got plenty of time to grow, but there are a few things you can do to help:
Get plenty of sleep, eat lots of food with calcium and vitamins in. I think your goal might be a little unrealistic! Just be happy to be your self, there are a lot of people a lot worse off!Health Question & Answer
