I say just eat 3 hours from the time you started your last meal. I would go by every 3 hours on the full hour example 3,6.9.12 Health Question & Answer
I go by time started. First meal breakfast starting at 7 a.m. I'll begin the next one at 10, and so on. that three hour time frame includes snacks, because my snacks are nearly meals in themselves.Health Question & Answer
