Will I regain the weight I lost?!

Question: Will I regain the weight I lost.?
I have been on a diet and exercising at the gym 5-6 days a week. I have lost three kilos so far. Today I totally stuffed up, went to a fair and ate lots of rubbish. Will this put the weight back on if I go back to the gym and diet tommorrow.?Health Question & Answer

You would have to know how much of that weight you lost was actual fat. Then because there is 3500 calories in a lb of fat (I'm American I go by lbs.) you'd have to figure out how many calories wree in that food you ate and then convert the calories per lb into calories per kilo. Then you'd have to know your maintenance caloric level and how many calories over that number you went.

I can guarantee tomorrow the scale will be heavier but this has to do with so many things like water weight, and the food you ate that is still inside you and then you have to take into account if you went to the bathroom or not.

In short though, I severely doubt you possibly ate that much to regain the actual FAT (not weight overall) that you've lost in just one day.Health Question & Answer

your metabolism should be fast enough to process whatever you ate. that is if you wont keep eating that much every day. but pigging out once in a while does not hurt you.. but let urself do it once or twice a month at the most. and you will be fine. and im jealous u can go to the gym that often. i wish i could!.. Actually, you don't need to "diet" as such if you want to lose weight, I discovered this at the web resource in the box below, they have a lot of tips and tricks, I worked off 7 pounds by following their techniques.Health Question & Answer
