Question: Is this a good eating plan seeing that i have binge eating disorder ( trying to stop)) .?
woke up really late( sunday lie in hehe )
12 pm - really large bowl of special k with skimmed milk- 400 cals

2 pm - homemade ham and tomato soup with lots of veggies- 170
snack a jacks - 130 cals


6 30 pm - quorn with tomato sauce
steamed brocoli
small jacket potato ( 250 cals total)

8 pm skinny cow ice cream ( 95 cals)
chocolate bar ( 210 cals)
diet hot choc


EXERCIZE
9 minute jog
1 hour brisk walk

i know i have some choclate stuff but i always allow myself a treat as it prevents bingeing lol !

so what do you think.? i am trying to lose weight!! i weigh 139 pounds and 5-5!


if i eat 1300 cals - 1500 cals everyday like i have today and exersize atleast 4 times a week

if you eat like that for a while you should loose quite abit of weight but it all goes down to how fast your motabalism is but you should looke an average of 5 pounds a week lets say so you could lose about 30 pounds in jusrt inders 2 months i reckon but i might be wrong!Health Question & Answer

Everyone is different in the way they lose weight and you cannot spot reduce. What you need to do is some strength training in your workouts because it will build lean muscle and in turn burn fat. Now any time you lose fat and gain muscle you will gain a few pounds but you will look a lot better than you did before. In order to lose one pound of body fet a week you must burn 500 additional calories a day. Your diet cannot afford to cut calories out of lyour meal so you will need to burn it off through exercise instead. Now you need to be drinking the right amount of water every day as well. Take your body weight and divide it by 2 and that is how many ounces of water you should drink a day. Do not gulp it sip on it throughout the day. this way you stay hydrated. for every soda or 8 ounce glass of tea you drink, whenther sweetened or not, you must drink double that amount of water.
