What are some exercises I could do at the gym to help?!
Question: What are some exercises I could do at the gym to help.?
So I'm thinking about getting a gym pass.
I'm 14 years old and I weigh 115 pounds I'm 5'5ish.
I wanted to get rid of the fat on my belly, or just get better abs. And also gain more muscle in my arms.
I just have no idea how to do that. And I don't want to to look clue less if I go to the gym. So my question would be what are some exercises I could do at the gym to help with my belly and arms or what machines should I use while at the gym.?

Use the following machines at the gym for a full body workout:
leg press
calf raise
leg extension
leg curl
bicep curl
tricep pressdown
chest press
lat pulldown
crunch
torso twist.
The employees at the gym should be able to help you do the exercises correctly-just ask them-they are there to help.
