when i used to crash diet or whatever i would lose maybe 6 pounds or so, but i wouldnt really look that much different and my clothes fit the same.
now im dieting and exercising, i've lost 3.5 pounds so far and my pants fit again! how is that so.? does fat take up more room.? or muscle.? what really happened before when i stopped eating and lost 6 pounds compared to eatin/exercising and losing 3.5 pounds.?Health Question & Answer
