Question: Personal trainers.. is this a good diet/exercise plan .?
i want to lose about 8 pounds in a month - month & a half
i walk about a mile & a half - 2miles everyday.
im going to start running a mile 5 days a week
i do 100 situps 5-6 days a week

i eat a piece of whole grain toast with about 5 strawberries. for breakfast
i eat a salad for lunch
i eat a salad with chicken for dinner
for a snack, ill have a hundred calorie pack of something

is this good.? what can i do to improve.?

yeah its a solid plan but if u wanna lose weight the strange thing is u should eat more.... u need to work out ur minimum calorie count for a standard day then keep about 500cal above that... the 100 situps a day should prob be brought down to about 30 (3 sets of 10) and do afew push ups (3 sets of 10 on ur knees or however u feel up to it) and do wats called a plank (3 sets of 30 seconds.. look it up on the net)
do that 3 - 4 times a week and let ur body heal properly otherwise everything ur doing is gonne be for no reason

your goal is acheivable. but its gonna be hard. stick to it and u can do it.

I would add some weight training into your mix. You also need to eat more protein..especially in the morning. Eliminate the toast and substitute it with plain oatmeal. Try to eliminate snacks...
