OK, I read your question and I understand what you need to do. First I recommend that you see a Doctor or nutritionist to help. Don't just go to NC, because they will tell you anything just to sell the product. Whey Protein is a good what to help with your diet, but what you need for protein is the advise of a nutritionist. Just taking protein isn't going to help build muscle. It takes exercise as well. Health Question & Answer

Take 2 scoops, mix with Milk or water right after working out (no longer than 1 hour after), you could also do it before working out (thats when i do it- Immediately before working out).

I'd recommend mixing in milk, because it tastes like CRAP in water, in my opinion. I put it in water once....and never again.

And you should probably get >100g protein per day, it really depends on your weight.Health Question & Answer

you should take about 30g about 30-45 minutes after your workout...unless you are a huge muscle builder, you dont need alot of protein. your body can only absorb so much protein at once anyway, so the rest turns into fat.Health Question & Answer
