Question: Does anyone know what the best way to loose weight is.?
im in need of shedding a few pounds, especially around my thighs tummy and waist and on my arms. im am in school for the most of the day and do study for the majority of the remainder so i find it really hard to make time, plus im unable to stay at the one thing for a long time as i get bored and i get distracted by food mainly. it is horrible because i can just see myself getting really fat and i dont want that. i have no self confidence and i hate what i see in the mirror! has anyone successfully lost weight but were in a similar situation to me before.? i would really appreciate the help.

Good for you for wanting to get into shape!
It sounds like your busy with school and you'd be studying a lot, if so DON'T do homework in a place where food is easily accessible such as the kitchen. Go to another room in your house or a library.

KICK YOUR CRAVINGS! The biggest part in weight gain is in tacking more calories than your burning. It's better to eat three good sized meals and maybe one healthy snack during the day. At each meal try to a little sugar, fat, protein and carbs in the meal so your not craving afterward.
also, try giving up high calorie drinks such as sodas and drinks with high fructose corn syrup.

EXERCISE! You could be busy going to school, but it's best for you to get to the gym three times a week for 30-60 mins. If you feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start maybe hire a personal trainer. At my YMCA I was able to have a personal trainer twice a week for 10 weeks and it wasn't that expensive. Jut keep in mind that cardio is the best thing to loose weight. Try running outdoors or on a treadmill, an elliptical or biking will all be great for you.

don`t eat any thing before sleeping , because when eat and sleep the food staying in stomach, and make gross,
