Question: Is this normal for a girl.?
I've started a pretty intense workout routine to tone my stomach.
I had a reasonably flat stomach to start with but I develop muscle ridiculously easy and I have a bet with this guy I can get a six pack before he does.
It's working well and I can already feel one coming on.. But my lower stomach seems more bloated than usual.
It's only two days in but I've seen this happen before to women on TV. Something to do with not breathing right while I'm doing crunches or something.
Is it normal for this to happen...? What should I do to stop it.?

Sometimes I get that too, I call it "the pouch". You are just not working your lower abs enough try crunches on your side also and make sure to stretch out after you do your yoga work-out. A great one to do is upward dog and then into child's pose this should also help to prevent that pouch. Health Question & Answer

just keep an eye on how healthy your periods are keeping - thats my only advise and dont do crap to your body maintain the slim toned figure you have, dont ruin it.
