New diet/workout plan, need to know if its good?!


Question: New diet/workout plan, need to know if its good.?
ok so im 5'5 140lbs, im trying to lose 10-15 pounds..here is what i plan to start doing mon-fri

8am(or when i wake up)-breakfast, either cereal(kix) or instanat breakfast or oatmeal and cup of apple juice or milk

8.30-9am(or 30mins to hour after breakfast)treadmill 30 mins to 45 mins

12p-kelloggs protein drink

3-kelloggs nutri-grain fruit&nut bar or greapfruit or yogurt

5pm-7pm dinner, something small and not a lot of junk(no fast food, something cooked or a heathy choice meal)

peanuts as another snack if i get hungry in between, and lots of water..

and i plan on doing cruches, and other little workouts either after the treadmill or later that day depending on time
