I go 5 days a week. I am a bodybuilder. I am usually there for 1hr - 1hr 30min. So your fine. I'm huge.
Monday - Back & Abs

You don't need to go that long. I would recommend 3-4 sets, with 10-12 reps if your looking to be ripped or 4-7 if you are trying to increase strength. But the secret is to pick a weight that by the time you come close to that last 2 you are struggling to finish the set. This way you get the most of out your workout. i go monday through friday on my way home from work.

I usually do an hour to an hour and a half of cardio... mon wed & fri I do strength/resistence training.

sometimes i get a wild hair in my butt and stay and exercise longer...

2-3 hours is really nice, just slow down if you feel like you're getting burnt out... but starting young is great... so you don't end up old and fat and set in your ways like most people!

I don't think you need to go that often. Your body is probably getting tired out. If you really want to go every day, rotate what part of your body you work on.
