Question: Is it bad to lift weights then do cardio on an empty stomach.?I like to workout when i wake up but should i .?
Should I eat something before ,like at least a scoop of whey protein if so how long should I wait after i eat to workout. I also want to lose fat so i don't want to eat something before I workout that'll hinder my weight loss Health Question & Answer

alright i've been working out for a year or two now, so i guess i could give you some useful advice. if you're trying to lose weight, my suggestion to you is do cardio first, way before you start lifting and taking in protein. my reasoning is that you won't lost weight at all if yo continue to take protein, and if you work out on an empty stomach, you'll be tempted to eat more after a tiring work out. also with an empty stomach you won't be able to push yourself as you would on a full stomach. and wouldn't you rather want to push your self even more to your limits.?

so once your done with cardio and stuff, move on to lifting weights. make sure to eat lots. wait an hour, and then start lifting, while you work out make sure to take gulps of your protein shake. that way you'll get the most of your work out.
