Question: Healthy snacks/meals for a college student.?
I'm a senior in college and have been trying to eat healthier for the past year. I did really well in the summer, but now that school started I've found it harder to find good snacks/ meals for my "on the run" schedule. That, plus I've also just gotten tired of eating the same things all the time. Any good ideas of quick things I could pack and take to class with me.? Health Question & Answer

Apples,sm salad, carrot sticks/celery, 1/2 of a sandwich, tuna, peanut butter and jelly , cheese, soup just heat it in a micro, rice cakes, go to recipes.com and look under snacks or small meals!! or www.eatingwell.com they have all kinds of neat Ideas!! Hope this helpsHealth Question & Answer

Beachbody has several great options for a busy person on the go. I would recommend the Protein bars which they offer, or even the meal replacement drink. (Both of these I use almost every day) These are great ways to supplement your meals and help to keep the weight off.
Beachbody also offers a full on-line meal plan which will give great suggestions for lunches you can make and brown bag it, I do this every day.
