Run 5 miles in the AM and PM.
Tuesday:
40-60 Push-Ups.
100 Sit-ups.
100 Crunches.
60 Lunges.
Wednesday:
Run 5 miles in the AM and PM.
Thursday:
40-60 Push-Ups.
100 Sit-ups.
100 Crunches.
60 Lunges.
Friday:
Run 5 miles in the AM and PM.
Weekends are usually about Thursdays and Fridays combined but it depends on what I have planned that weekend.
