What are the chances of an underweight person to gain in weight if he/she eats potato chips and peanuts?!
Question: What are the chances of an underweight person to gain in weight if he/she eats potato chips and peanuts.?
As I read on the internet, nuts can be a healthy weight gain food, but I try also to eat potato chips because they are one of my favorites. I'm18 years old, 123 lbs., and almost at 5'10" in height. I'm also not sure if I'm underweight since I try to make sure I eat three meals per day(in addition, meals in between especially after dinner as well) and be active by doing some chores at home, lifting weight, doing some push and sit -ups, and walk more often at school. Do you think I will gain weight in less than a week if I increase the consumption of these two foods.?Health Question & Answer

Whatever anyone says a diet is hard to keep to. It's ok for those who are slim but for those that aren't it can be an extremely hard thing to do. There are hundreds of diets with all sorts of methods but when it comes down to it it's always the same - cut out the rubbish food and exercise more. Health Question & Answer
