Ok, you may not be able to loose 20lbs, but you can loose quite a bit of weight if you;
- Cut out junk foods (e.g. Crisps, biscuits, chocolate etc). Replace them with fruit and if you crave them, either drink some water or suck an ice cube.
- Eat an apple before every meal.
- Cut down on your salt intake.
- Exercise everyday.
- Try and eat 5 portions of fruit and veg per day.
- Cut the fat of your meat (e.g. pork, bacon)
- Try eating quorn foods.
- Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.
- Stop eating when you're full.
