Why are the insides(in between) my knuckles........?
bruised so badly.? I have been using my new boxing heavy 50lb bag and wearing the gel wrist-raps. Am I hitting too hard or hitting the bag wrong.? Thanks for any tips or input!Health Question & Answer

I've never see these type of straps but they could be responsible.
Do they sit inbetween the knukles allowing the force of the punch to be transfered to the soft areas there.?
You'd probably be better with some old fasioned bag gloves. The simpler solutions are usually the best, cloth wraps are a nightmare to pt on but there's a reason they've been around so long and are still used by the pro's.
