I do crunches and I work out about 3-4 times a week, but i want to define my stomach muscles more--what can I do.?Health Question & Answer

Well i used to have awesome definition in my abs i would work on them every day I would try different set of crunches sit up and i would always stretch those muscles. Make sure you are eating right, i don't mean get in a diet but, try to stay away of junk food.
