You can't lose weight fast, unless you get lipo or starve yourself but I don't recommend that. Even if you do starve yourself (which it seems like you're already doing) your body will just react by trying to conserve any amount of fat you have, you'll lose weight at first, but then your metabolism will slow down a lot and you'll gain weight, it's a natural defense mechanism.

It's simple, eat right and exercise. It's good that you're exercising but you need to eat healthy if you want it to have an effect - you need to nourish your body, not starve it. Stop going on fad diets or anything short term: it won't work. The only diet that works is a healthy one you adopt for life. Eat plenty of veggies, and eat carbs and protein and fruit. Lean meats as a source of protein. Leafy greens for antioxidants. Simple carbs for immediate energy. Apples are great. The pectin in them cleans you out and they are a great source of immediate energy. also, make sure you choose foods that will "stick to your ribs". Make sure you focus on weight loss as opposed to watching your weight or fear of gaining weight. Often times people have bad backs because their back support muscles are weak. There is a machine at the gym which I am fond of that specifically works lower back muscles. Once you strengthen your back your exercise possibilities are greatly increased. You have a gym membership. If you use it then there's no reason why you can't slim down. Gyms rock.
