Problems with my workout?!
Question: Problems with my workout.?
I'm a little confuse...I've been working out for about 8 months now, and when I started, I could only do 10 pushups. A few months later, I was up over 40, and then 50. But a few weeks later, it seemed I could barely do 20 before my arms/shoulders got extremly tired and gave out. Now, it's barely 15 and my arms give out....I don't get it. My muscles are a lot bigger and more toned now, but it seems I don't have the strength I had before. I'm 19 so age shouldn't be a factor. I work out every other day and get plenty of sleep, so what could be causing this.?Health Question & Answer

you could be overtraining, or undereating. either way taking up to a week can be good for recovery once in a while and often people even come back strongerHealth Question & Answer
