Question: What meals should I eat.?
I am turning 13 and I am about 220-250 pounds. I was wondering what meals I should eat in order to become a little more healthier.? I don't eat many sweets anymore.Health Question & Answer

whole wheat everything (bread, rice, pasta)
fruit and vegetables in place of other snacks
smaller portions. you can eat all the healthy good you want, but if your still eating in large portions there will be no difference.
rice cakes are low calories and great for when you have cravings. low fat yogurt is good for you too.
exercise, run around, ride your bike, sit in your room and do pushups and situps (no need to knock yourself out at first, start slow and work your way up. do 3 the first night, 4 the 2nd night, 5 the 3rd night, it'll get easier and easier)Health Question & Answer

it happy to hear you are trying to get fit. i think everyone and anyone should exercise . yes, eat healthy but also the main point is portion control. measure your food. for example, look at the food labels, and measure things out according to what the label says . usually when you heat things out of a box, or can, you tend to eat more then whats needed, so i think the key is to measure out foodHealth Question & Answer
