Question: A question on the bicep curl.?
I bicep curl 3 days a week, monday, wednesday, and friday. Am I curling to many days a week, am I hitting the biceps to hard.? Should I cut the days down for more recovery time.?Health Question & Answer

I think that 3 times a week is a bit much. I wouldn't hit the bicep more than 2 times a week and space the workouts so you have 4 days between 1 workout and 3 between the next.

keep buffing. if your arm gets sore stop. what makes muscles bigger is tearing the muscle slightly...so its gonna hurt a bit. just don't over do it. i used to go to the gym 5 days week my arms hurt for the first month. but i kept going.. but i had a trainer maybe you should look into one. Yeah you are curling WAY too much. They should only be done AT MOST twice a week. Health Question & Answer
