What should I do about this? fitness questiom?!


Question: What should I do about this.? fitness questiom.?
Diet&Fitness section:

So I haven't run in like...2 or 3 days. I've worked out other than the running tho

But I slept in this morning. Then when I went to take my morning meds...I took my night meds (help me sleep amoung other things) and my night meds are extremely heavy.
I slept a lot in school. Then I came home and fell asleep. Then my sister woke me up and we walked uptown to pumpkin fest and I ate a sloppy-jo for dinner

And im so freaking tired right now. Once my head hits the pillow-im gone.
But should I risk passing out and go running.? Or should I make it up tomorrow.?
Which would be running 3X as much.
Or should I run like I normally do
But I would go in the AM with my dog Bella. Then the PM with meri so I can continue to leash train her as well as get her her required excersise

Please help and tell me what to do Health Question & Answer

You are letting your ED come back to your life. You do NOT need to workout everyday. And if you don't, and have a schedule- it shouldn't be a big deal to miss one of those days. Trust me I know this. This is how I started my relapse. PLEASE.. I am begging you to get control with this. If you don't work out when you want to.. so what.? You will tomorrow. And NO don't do more. You will be fine. Honestly.. I stop working out so much and lost 5 pounds.. who knows why.. but whatever. Sorry I just got a root canal and am in TONS of pain.. so I started drinking. hahaha. Love ya girl.
I hate this ed.. I really do. My doctor is going to kill me that I lost weight. What is wrong with me.? wow... I am drunk. I should stop talking on YA

By having to ask us if you should go running today, I can tell your willpower is not very high. You really just have to suck it up and do it like its a job you have to do. I do cardio everyday but not for the same reasons people on here do it. People here do it to lose weight but im trying to improve my stamina, I feel bad some days but just eat a banana and do it.Health Question & Answer

Go for a walk Cassie, but only if you feel like it. Make it a slow walk if you're still exhausted, a brisker walk if you begin to feel perkier. Something is healthier than nothing.

Slower weight loss is a safer, more permanent weight loss. Take it easy, try to focus less on the scale number and make your overall health and energy level a priority.Health Question & Answer

Don't sweat a couple of bad days. Just resume your normal workout tomorrow. If it makes you feel better then run extra but it's probably not necessary unless your on a specific weight loss/ management plan or something.Health Question & Answer
