Question: How can skinny girls gain weight.?
I eat TONS of meals a day either being healthy or unhealthy and it does nothing.
my friend at UConn told me that I have brownfat which is the fat that babies have on them to keep them warm. I still have that and my back is always really hot. If I dont eat every hour I can lose 2 or more pounds in a day. I'm healthy though, I dont do this purposely. I just wanna gain weight. I'll do anything to put on 10-20lbs. are you sure youre healthy.? i mean like some people lack a certain type of enzyme that can't absorb nutrients and such. you should get it checked out by a doctor.

Eat a lot! of protein bars. One bar is like a full meal but they dont fill you up as fast so you can eat more than one and have a lot of calories loaded on by the end of the day.Health Question & Answer
