If you felt excited by it then yeah it probably would as your heart would beat faster. Its a bit like nightmares.. your heart starts pounding which is burning off fat and so you are losing more weight that you usually might. But usually dreams are just dreams and have no effect on how many calories you burn :)Health Question & Answer

Um possibly wish-full thinking. If you visualise what your going to do in the gym before hand I think it helps, see yourself doing 1000 meters on the treadmill etc. Health Question & Answer
