An y day above ground is a great day. I did make breakfast
afternoon of course. Its a four pain medicationday.
Pain level at a seven out of ten which when it hits ten
makes me a bit edgy and stressed and very sharp tongued.
I get around on two broken feet from Osteoporosys of the midfoot joints
the bones in both feet have collasped moving the bones out the foot
and under the foot pad on one left foot and out to the top of the
right foot. They have calified to the foot where on the left I walk on the top of a broken full bone from my toes joint mid foot very painfull cause its bones on bone grinding to walk on so working out is imossible.
Im in a wheelchair so I roll around in the house using my arms to
propell me thru the house mostly to and from the bathroom
and to bed or the chair to sit up a while my back does go into
apasm and my knees are failing from all the inproper transfers
and nt being able to stand fully. Since its pain patch day I need
a nap before nine cause the pain meds take away the stress
and the patch allows me to sleep a couple hours as I relax from the pain and stresses on the muscles being drawn up uncomfortable
trying to relax from pain and muscle cramps drawing up the legs and arms.
