ur BMI is a little low, but probably just because ur so young and not fully "developed" yet.
you dont really need to worry that much about calorie intake, i doubt u could eat too much if u exercise so much. so just focus on filling up on healthy food like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats (fish, chicken, lean cuts of pork and beef if u must), healthy fats like olive oil and avocado. then u can have little treats of yummy junk like desserts and what not. try and avoid fried foods most of the time...but everyonce in awhile a small fry is okHealth Question & Answer

i should eat about 1800 cals - 2200 cals
but i have food issues
so i generally eat about 1000- 700 calories
but yeah stick with 1800-2200 cals on a normal day
on a day where you excersize alot
add the proper amout of acories
for example
leats say your body burns 2000 cals a day
and you run for 1 hour at 6 mph (700 cals)
and dance for an hour of ballet (130 cals)
and do 20 mins of jumping jacks (145 cals)
then you would add
2000
+700
+130
+145
=2975 calories you shoudl eat

How tall are you.? Because a BMI of 18.9 is under weight for my height and I'm 5'4. Plus if your 110lbs you really DON'T need to loose weight! To maintain a healthy weight eat about 1000-1200 calories a day and exercise regularly. Eat lots of fruit, drink lots of water, ALWAYS eat breakfast, eat lean meats like chicken, turkey & fish instead of red meats. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
