Question: I' am skinny and would like to know how to gain weight please.?
I look very skinny and i weigh 132 pounds. I do a 35 minute cardio work out every other day and weight lift every other day, but should i be doing the cardio for so long if at all.? I am not worried about getting fat because i know i can work it off. But does anybody know a good way for me to gain alot of pounds because i have a Ferrari fast metabolism.?Health Question & Answer

your gonna gain weight the unhealthy way.
maybe cut back on your exercise, like do it 2-3 times a week instead of every day.
also, eat semi-healthy carbs like pastas.
proteins in eggs, nuts, fruits, etc.

For breakfast: Eat lots of bacon and fatty breakfast foods
For lunch: Get a couple of Big Macs or Whoppers, some large fries, and a huge drink, like Coke.
For Dinner: Binge on some more fast food. Get 3 Big Macs and 2 Large Fries from Mc Donald's, and a Big Gulp from 7-11.
Repeat this for about a week and you'll notice a whole lot of weight gain (in pounds and in bloating!)Health Question & Answer

i have the same problem.
i am 5' 3, 14 years and 96 pounds.
just make sure when you eat you should eat maybe less food more frequently and eat lots of protein like meats or noodles. also if you really want to you can try boost, which is like a weight gain/ calorie boost drink. Health Question & Answer
