Hi okay well hi! ok well basically i have noticed that im gaining weight i cant really see it but it shows on the scale im 5'00 and when i was happy with my weight i weighed 128 and now i weigh like 135 i want to go back to 128 or 125. Here are my eating habits in the morning i eat cereal golden grahams with oreos i eat this everyday in the mornings should i cut the oreos.? At lunch i started eating salads should i keep this up.? When i come home i eat like meat or chicken and yeah i think i just need to exersice more for exersicing i dance in my room should i dance in my room for like an hour each day will this help.? im 16Health Question & Answer
