Question: Is this ok to eat for breakfast.? Im in trouble....?
I am a 5'9 female and i weigh about 137 pounds. I have been eating healthily all week and sticking to my 1500 calorie limit, often staying under this. I have also exercised at the gym 4 mornings before school for 30 minutes. I am now at my boyfriends parents house for the weekend and they are taking us out to breakfast..its a pancake place...I looked up nutrition info and the one i wanted to order, the blueberry pancake is 560 calories, but has 10g of protein..obviously alot of carbs. Will this be OK if i only eat about 900 more calories today.? Health Question & Answer

REFINED carbs like those in pancakes are garbage. you may as well just eat a snickers bar which is technically actually healthier by nutrition content and calorie count. if your bf cares about you, he should let you eat healthy stuff there, not junk like that.Health Question & Answer

the calories from the protein and carbs are included in the 560 calories. Yes it will be ok to eat. Don't use much butter or syrup is your really concerned, or just push yourself a little harder next time you exercise.Health Question & Answer
