To gain weight healthily: add more calories to your diet, but choose good-for-you foods. make ur sleep schedule constant (example going to bed at 11pm) at about 15 minutes to bed, eat A FULL MEAL. like chicken and potatoes, whatever, but make sure FULL. with bread drinks everything. eat more carbs because are energy, and excess energy converts to fat if not used or if u have to much of it. so if u eat alot of carbs and not move (cuz of sleep) u will gain weightHealth Question & Answer
The only thing you can do is eat more, and eat more fatty foods. Simple as that. If you eat 2000 calories a day, increase it to 3000 for example. And just eat more food that has higher fat content. Or I dunno drink stuff that will damage your thryoid gland to slow down your metabolism lol. Things that hurt the thyroid are soy milk and fluoride.Health Question & Answer
Exercise and gain muscle. This will make you gain some weight with the extra muscle.
Eat lots of protein (lean meat, nuts, peanut butter etc)
Drink lots of skim milk
