Question: Can someone tell me how to lose weight before christmas.?
Ok, so I am about 10 pounds over weight. I have a really thin cousin and every time I see my grandma she always compares me to her. also, my grandma buys me clothes that are way to big for me but for some reason she doesn't think that they are too big. I know that I shouldn't care what people think of me. It just makes me so mad that she always tells me that I'm fat and so on. I won't see her until Christmas. So I want to show that I can be thin and maybe she will stop comparing me to other people. This may sound wrong but I know for a fact that she will buy me oversize clothes and I want to show her that I will be to small for them and hopefully she will stop buying me clothes!

I just want to shed about 10 pounds or even more before Christmas. Please help me out. (:Health Question & Answer

Well you do have plenty of time to loose ten pounds. Lets start with the basics, stop eating bad carbs (white bread, pastas..) stop eating junk foods (chocolate, chips..) Do not eat fast foods and avoid soda. Eat fruit, veggies, anything low carb and low calorie Try to keep track of your calories so you can burn them all off at the end of the day.
Of course loosing weight will take some effort, you will have to exercise, go to the gym after supper, go for a long walk/jog, or just do some sit-ups and push-ups or jump rope in your bedroom. Make sure to stretch so your muscles don't get sore after working out.
Keeping a journal of your calories, work-outs and your weight will help bunches, and before you know it you will be as skinny as your cousin :)Health Question & Answer

I think you should confront your grandma and tell her to stop calling you fat and get you the right size. You could say:

Okay well for breakfest eat a healthy cerall with a gronal bar or fruit, then for lunch eat a sandwhich and a fruit and also a cookie, for dinner eat whatever you want but eat healthy, for snacks have almonds peanuts, fruit vegtables, crakcers, and do not drink soda, chose lemonad or water, and on the weekends if u are at a b-day party eat the healthiest things, and also it is okay if eat unheathly sometimes Health Question & Answer
