Question: Is this an okay plan, even if i don't count calories. Plz respond.?
if i have about a glass of sugar free chocolate skim milk using skim milk and sugar free chocolate syrup diet type three times a day as my snacks
so if i have breakfast like non fat cottage cheese and raisins a small box or another fruit
snack chocolate skim milk
lunch a veggie/ fruit and yogurt non fat
snack chocolate skim milk
dinner any thing made this is the largest meal of the day normally for example baked ziti with bread
dessert chocolate skim milk and fruit or just the milk if not too full

i also do a muslce work out for 45 mins a day is this an okay plan even if calories aren't counted and just set upt like this Health Question & Answer

Sure it's fine, and you won''t have too many calories but of the calories that are taking in, it won't be nutritious enough, if any. You need some protein (vegan or not) and you are taking in lots of dairy (yogurt, milk x3). I also don't know what baked ziti with bread is but just because everything of yours is "nonfat" or "skim" sugar free" doesn't mean it's healthier and better and a more balanced meal. Sure it's better than what it would be if you ate like this without nonfat/sugar free/ light options but that's not what were talking about.Health Question & Answer
